Welcome to SurveyPot! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By signing up and participating in surveys, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in surveys on SurveyPot.
1.2. You must be a real human user—automated bots, scripts, or any form of AI-generated responses are strictly prohibited.
1.3. Only one account per user is allowed. Multiple accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
2. Account Registration & Security
2.1. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. SurveyPot is not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
2.3. If we detect suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

3. Participation in Surveys
3.1. Surveys are designed to collect research data on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology for our partner organizations.
3.2. You must answer all survey questions truthfully and to the best of your ability.
3.3. Surveys can only be taken once per month, and once completed, they cannot be retaken.
3.4. Attempting to cheat, provide false responses, or manipulate survey results will lead to account suspension and loss of earnings.

4. Earnings and Payments
4.1. Users can earn between $3 and $10 per survey, depending on the survey tier.
4.2. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
4.3. Withdrawals can be made via PayPal, Litecoin, Dogecoin, or USDT.
4.4. To withdraw earnings, users must meet at least one of these conditions:

Enroll in the Novice Course at CryptoScholar.

Have at least 10 referrals, with 5 of them making a withdrawal.
4.5. Withdrawals may take up to 7 business days for processing.

5. Referral Program
5.1. Users can refer others and earn $0.50 per referral.
5.2. Referrals must be real human users who actively participate in surveys.
5.3. Referral earnings are credited only after the referred user completes at least one survey.

6. User Conduct
6.1. Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts.

Using VPNs or proxies to manipulate location-based surveys.

Providing false information in surveys.
6.2. Any violation of these terms will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content, surveys, and research materials on SurveyPot are the intellectual property of SurveyPot and its partners.
7.2. Users may not copy, distribute, or use survey content for any purpose outside of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. SurveyPot provides its services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability of surveys.
8.2. SurveyPot is not responsible for lost earnings due to technical issues, account suspension, or fraudulent activity.
8.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. SurveyPot reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
